Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. 

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping in the US. Estimated shipping time is 7-9 business days. 

Note: Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Currently we only ship to US and Canada. For other countries, please email us to get shipping quote. 

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Jafanda as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@jafanda.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly. 

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@jafanda.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. We accept returns on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is shipped. Please see our Return Policy below for our eligible product standards.
