The pre-filter captures large particles like hair and fiber and can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner every 2-4 weeks to maintain its effect. The HEPA and carbon filters cannot be cleaned. If the filter has begun to emit peculiar smell, please replace it with a new filter immediately. The replacement filters can be purchased in our store.

The outer pre-filter should be cleaned every 2–4 weeks to increase efficiency and extend the life of your filter. Clean the pre-filter using a soft brush or vacuum hose to remove hair, dust, and large particles. Do not clean the filter with water or other liquids.
